Great cafe with high quality food and coffee. We had eggs benedict and eggy crumpets, which are more refined than the name suggests! Friendly staff, dog friendly venue, good for kids too. Prices are also a bit lower than similar places. One hour free parking on street outside and 2 mins from the motorway.
Had the best ever poached eggs in my eggs Benedict, bacon was good quality, had an extra black pudding. Brilliant. Coffee was awesome, they use the roastworks truth coffee for decaffeinated, which is one of the best local blends. Clean and well laid out interior. Staff were friendly and helpful. Service was fast. Kitchen is open so you can see staff working which I feel is reassuring in any restaurant. Definitely raised their game. Cake selection was good and they looked appetising. Highly recommended . I'll be back .
Booked an afternoon tea for my mums belated birthday present. All staff were friendly and helpful. The afternoon tea was absolutely amazing, such a variety of cakes and everything was fresh. It's definitely on my list for one of my favourite places for afternoon teas. Definitely get your value for money! Their breakfasts are good too. So lucky for this place to be on our doorstep!
Had a rare day off from work so decided to go out for Breakfast. With so many places to choose from in cullompton I am so glad I chose The Lime Tree. Very welcoming staff breakfast was spot on and I have to say its the best Hot Chocolate for miles. Lime Tree is my go to place now.
We had a lovely breakfast stop on our way up from Cornwall. Food was excellent and individually cooked the cafe a very friendly vibe. We googled it on justoffjunction a site that gives lots of places to eat just off motorway junctions X x
Clean and welcoming interior with a modern feel , we were promptly greeted and shown to a table. Extensive breakfast menu from which we chose the large breakfast with orange juice and a Cappuccino. Drinks arrived within a few minutes, both coffees were perfect in taste and temperature. A very hearty breakfast arrived within some of the best bacon & sausage! The Lime Tree was bustling during our visit, a testament to its appeal!
We were staying at a local pub on our way down to Cornwall and decided to have breakfast at the lime tree. Great menu choices, high quality food and good service. The children enjoyed being able to choose 3 cooked items to have with their toast and I loved the avocado bacon and poached egg on toast myself. Highly recommend.
Very friendly staff. Delicious food, my egg benedict was cooked to perfection rasberry chocolate cake was also really delicious. 1 point from the open kitchen, it's nice to see where you food is prepared.
